What is the Company Platform?  

Welcome to VSTEP’s community platform! Here, our members can interact, hold discussions about shared interests, share their thoughts, and also have the ability to exchange resources such as training scenarios. The goal of the platform is to empower our clients and leverage each other’s existing knowledge, thereby maximizing the value to be gained from simulation training. The community platform is free to use, all you need to do is create your account, and you will be able to join.   

What are the benefits?  

We have built this platform so that our community members have a space to engage with like-minded individuals with aligned interests. We do everything we can to promote safety through our simulators, so allowing our clients to communicate with each other adds another opportunity for them to improve their skills. Furthermore, community members are able to be in contact with our community managers who are experts in our products and can answer any of your questions! You can stay up to date with the latest news, updates, and receive one-on-one assistance from dedicated VSTEP employees.  

What are some of our future plans? 

At the moment, we are still in the process of further expanding the Community Platform to accommodate all of our products and services. Response Simulator users are currently very active on the platform. On the other hand, the foundation is being built for our NAUTIS Simulator users to also join in, so stay tuned for any NAUTIS updates. In the meantime, feel free to roam around our platform if you are not already a member. Please note that this is only a small glimpse of what the platform has to offer as existing clients have access to a broader range of the CP functionalities.  

Continuous feedback will allow us to further tailor the Community Platform so that it best suits all the needs of our satisfied users.
