How do I get support?

Is refreshment training available? 

Yes, refreshment training is something we can always provide. This can be at your facilities or at ours. If there is a lot of demand we will host free webinars, providing you with the necessary training.

Approximately how much time is required for a user to learn using RS? 

Typically, less than a day is needed to learn how to use RS and how to create fully functional scenarios.

Is remote and on-site training available? 

We can arrange the training in any way you would like.

What kind of support do you provide? 

VSTEP offers technical as well as software support. If you have an issue using our website, you may of course also contact us.

What are the typical support response times? 

Depending on the urgency of the issue, we will respond during standard Dutch business days within 2-4 hours on urgent matters and within one business day for less urgent issues.
